Greenland, seriously

It's been a while since I watched it, but I seem to recall Dark Angel being set in a world where someone had set off EMPs to wipe out the internet, and I gotta say, that sounds less dystopian all the time, relative to the alternative. The existence of improbably attractive cat people is also not much of a downside.
