Before watching part 4, I saw a bunch of posts that were variations on "I'm devastated!", "I'm crying!", "DIE IN A FIRE, RTD", etc., and went, "huh, so... 90% chance of Dead!Ianto?" I'd have avoided the internet if I really cared that much about being unspoiled, but it *is* possible to spoil people without actually mentioning specific details.

Anyway, the series is pretty good! I was even impressed by the characters' competence at times, although I was deeply dubious about Jack and Ianto's big final plan. (What could possibly go wrong with threatening the powerful, bio-agent-creating aliens while having absolutely no leverage or ammunition to use against them? Let's find out...)

But hey, how cool is Lois? I'm not sure how interested I'd be in watching future Torchwood without Tosh, Owen *or* Ianto, but she's been a nice addition. Here's hoping she gets out of there alive. And then doesn't get tried for treason.
