Shiny things!

Once Upon a Time: I enjoyed that a lot more than I was expecting to, and I really loved Jennifer Morrison's character. Will watch again!

Community: caught up last weekend, and ADORED the last new episode. That was hilarious. I have to say (have I said this before?) that while I love Troy and Abed just as much as everyone else on the internet, I have a huge soft spot for Britta as well.

Haven: finally finished S2! Flailed all over the place and then gave thanks that the show got renewed!

Totally fascinated by the revelations about both Duke and Audrey. Although when Duke opened the box from his father, I had a moment of fandom collision. He's like a lost Winchester brother, with the weapons and the journal and the mission of vengeance! And even though it was heavily hinted at earlier, I'm really intrigued by the idea that Audrey isn't Audrey OR Lucy, or probably even Sarah, and she seems to be effectively immortal. Does her backstory extend all the way back to the founding of Haven? Is she the cause of the troubles, or is she just some sort of relief valve for them? Not at all surprised that Vince and Dave are at the heart of things, but I am surprised that they seem very divided on what to do about it. Loved Duke and Dwight's reluctant teamwork, Audrey and Nathan KISSING and Nathan's story about the time Duke asked him to go fishing and then broke his heart by using him for his badge! <3 This show is the OT3est, and I love them all.

Doctor Who: at this point, my feelings about the show pretty much begin and end with thinking Amy and Rory are super-cute. And Neil Gaiman's episode was amazing. But other than that, it's not really doing much for me on the emotional engagement front.

Now, do I hope for a great seven-game World Series showdown, or do I hope it all ends tomorrow so that we get new Fringe on Friday? For a baseball fan, this is a cruel dilemma. AND YET. I really can't wait to see the next episode.
