Holy crap!!! I need to watch that again as soon as SPN is over. Katherine! Eee! I mean, I thought John had very little sense of self-preservation there even if that was *Elena* there putting away knives while giving him a death glare.

(Also, I guess we can now assume that vampires can't tell a human from a vampire even at very close proximity.)

Anna! Nooooo! :( Sigh, I will really miss her and Pearl.

I'm not sure if I should root for Jeremy to be rescued or to turn into a significantly less-emo vampire. Although evidence suggests that the lack of emo in the afterlife is not as clear-cut as vampires would lead people to believe. (And, oh Damon, that was well-intentioned, but it was also really the wrong tack to take with a dumb, angsty teenage boy.)

Tyler: the plot thickens! I saw some speculation that he and his father weren't human, but I wasn't sure if that came from hints I'd missed in the show or from the books.

Bonnie = AWESOME. I can't wait to see what she does next season.
